How do exchanges take place?

Communication will take place on skype/ whatsapp (teleconference or video conference)/ webinar platforms (webinarjam, zoom ...) and may happen face to face without any surcharge if both parties are in the same city (social distancing applies). Ask for availability.

Do I get debited every month?
Yes. The payment will happen on the day you make the first payment and on the same day every month.
You can cancel at any time.
You can also change the plan at anytime and move in or out of the Silver, Gold or Platinum level based on your needs or availability.

Our 100% commitment

We will never lock you in a plan that you feel does not bring you value.
We will email you every month before so that you can stop the payment or we will do it for you. You can always use the hours not consumed the following months.
If you happen to be willing to reverse a payment after the card was debited and as long as you have not used the services, we will arrange it.
